Your consent
Mindy Munchs GROW needs a parent’s yes before your child can start. Here is exactly what you agree to.
What your child shares
A short daily check-in of about 3 minutes: sleep, food, water, training and how they feel. They may also add an optional private note.
What we use it for
To give your child simple daily tips, and to send you a short report with small things you can do at home. Nothing is sold or used for advertising.
Who can see it
Your child sees their own scores. Their coach and academy manager see scores only, never answers or notes. The Mindy Munchs team reads notes only to keep your child safe, and every view is recorded. If something needs urgent attention, we contact you first and, if needed, the coach.
How long we keep it
Daily check-ins are kept for 3 months. Before they are deleted, we email you a summary report. Points, badges and level stay so your child keeps their progress.
Your choices
You can ask us to show, correct or delete your child’s data at any time, and you can withdraw consent. Withdrawing stops new check-ins straight away.
