Refunds and cancellations

• If we cancel a session, or move it to a date you can’t make, you get a full refund.
• If you cancel 7 or more days before the session, you get a full refund.
• If you cancel less than 7 days before, we can’t refund the fee, but you can pass the seat to another athlete. Tell us before the session.

• If you’re not happy, ask for a refund within 7 days of buying Pro and we’ll refund it in full.
• After 7 days, Pro is not refundable.
• Pro included in an academy’s Core + Pro plan is covered by the academy’s licence, not this policy.

Licences and extra seats are covered by each academy’s agreement with Mindy Munchs.

Refunds go back to the original payment method through Razorpay. We start them within 2 working days of approving the refund; banks usually take 5–7 working days to show the money.

To ask for a refund or cancel, contact us with the athlete’s name and the invoice number from your email.
