Mindy Munchs GROW is provided by Mindy Munchs. By using Mindy Munchs GROW, buying Performance Nutrition Pro or registering for a session, you agree to these terms. If you are under 18, your parent or guardian agrees to them for you.

• Athletes aged 11 to 19, with a parent’s or guardian’s approval.
• Coaches and managers of academies with a Mindy Munchs GROW licence, and the Mindy Munchs team.
• Keep your PIN or password to yourself. Tell us or your academy straight away if you think someone else has used it.

• Mindy Munchs GROW helps young athletes build daily habits around recovery, food, water, mindset and wellbeing.
• Scores, tips and meal plans are general guidance for healthy young athletes. They are not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment.
• Talk to a doctor or qualified sports nutritionist about allergies, medical conditions, injuries or weight concerns.
• We never suggest weight loss, supplements, protein powders, caffeine or energy drinks.
• Mindy Munchs GROW is not an emergency service. If a child is in danger, contact local emergency services straight away.

• Prices are in Indian rupees and include GST. Online payments are processed securely by Razorpay; we never see or store card details.
• A session seat or Pro is confirmed only after the payment is confirmed. We email a GST invoice to the parent.
• Badge credit earned in Mindy Munchs GROW can be used only against Mindy Munchs sessions. It has no cash value and can’t be transferred.
• Academy licences are invoiced to the academy under its agreement with us. See also Refunds and cancellations.

Please use Mindy Munchs GROW honestly and kindly. Don’t try to access other people’s accounts or data, copy the app, or misuse it. We may pause an account that breaks these terms, after telling the parent or academy where we can.

How we collect, use, keep and delete data is explained in our Privacy notice.

• We may update Mindy Munchs GROW and these terms. We’ll show the new date here and tell parents by email about important changes.
• We work hard to keep Mindy Munchs GROW running and accurate, but we can’t promise it will always be available or error-free.
• To the extent the law allows, our liability for any paid service is limited to the amount paid for it.
• These terms are governed by the laws of India.
